1/2 cup quick 1-minute oats (Quaker)
1/2 Raisin Bran flakes (Kellogg's)
1/2 cup All Bran (Kellogg's)
a handful of blueberries
a handful of blackberries
a handful of raspberries
2 big strawberries (organic)
1/2 banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp pecan nut, pieces
3 dried apricots
1 tbsp dried cacao nibs
2/3 sp greek yogurt, 0% fat
1/2 cup (almond/coconut/dairy) milk, 0% fat
Mix all ingredients in a big cereal bowl. Slice strawberries, banana and apricots. Add milk and mix until homogeneous.
Such a tasty and healthy start of the day! I love that mixture :)
