Pasta Vongole




- 1 kg clams
- 400 g of spaghetti

- 2 gloves of garlic
- 2 dl of white wine
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- salt

Start by putting a pan of water to boil for the pasta. Clean clams and remove open ones. Fry garlic lightly in olive oil together with cherry tomatoes. Then add clams and white whine. Continue cooking/steaming while closing the pan with a lid for about 7 - 10 min. Stir every now and cook the pasta meanwhile. Afterwards remove the clams that haven't opened and mix them with the spaghetti.
